Join us for one of the last "Yoga in the Greenhouse" workshops of the season! Temperatures feel amazing around 9 am in the greenhouse this time of year! In this 1 hour class, Stephanie will guide us through a flow and help prepare us for the busy season ahead. Self-care is so often over-looked, so spend a little time for yourself on the mat, leave your "To-Do list" at home, and simply be in the moment.
