About the Role
Carson’s Nurseries is growing, and we’re looking for someone who loves plants, people, and staying active. This role includes helping customers, maintaining plant health, and keeping the greenhouse looking its best.
Responsibilities
• Help customers with plant selection & care
• Maintain healthy plant inventory
• Watering, restocking, and organizing
• Keep the store clean and visually appealing
• Assist with workshops and displays
Requirements
• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Basic plant knowledge (or willingness to learn)
• Able to lift and stay active throughout shifts
• Weekend availability
